Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary depending on the type of art you order and how quickly you’d like it to arrive
and are dependent upon the shipping options the artist offers on ‘checkout’.

All artworks sold are dispatched directly from the artist, and so packaging and services used will vary from piece to piece.

Is my package insured?
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact the artist direct with
regards to their specific terms and conditions available.

Can I ship to a P.O. box?
Unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. and B.F.P.O. boxes due to item size restrictions.

What about duties and taxes
Additional taxes can be applied if artworks are sent across country borders- these taxes are called customs duties
and vary according to the countries involved and what is being shipped. In the UK, for example, customs duties
are made up of 2 components, import duty and VAT. UK customs classes contemporary works of art as ‘import duty free’
and incur a reduced rate of VAT (5% versus the normal current rate of 20%). Couriers are obligated to pay customs for any
taxes due when importing an item. They will keep hold of any item until those duties have been paid by the customer
and this can result in delays to delivery as well as additional clearance charges levied by the courier.

Return Policy
We are committed to providing quality products.
However, should you wish to return an item the artist will endeavour to provide you with a refund
or may consider offering a replacement.
NOTE:
Replacements are not always an option especially if the item originally sold was a ‘one-off’ and original piece.
In this case you are requested to deal direct with the artist to reconcile.

Exchanges
If your item arrived in good condition, but you would like to exchange it for a product in a different size
or for a different item, please in the first instance contact the artist to enquire if they will offer such a service,
or have an exchange policy in place. If an exchange isn't possible, you are entitled to a refund if you tell us
you want to return the goods within 14 days of purchase.
Please be aware that you will need to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
We suggest:
If you were shipped the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email
a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to the artist.
Please include in the body of the email: your order number (if applicable), the shipping ID or item number,
a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell them whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.
You will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed.
If you request a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery

Other Returns:
We suggest:
If your items arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind, please in the first instance
contact the artist direct within 14 days of purchase.

If you need to return an item, please pack them in the original tube or box. Please include your name, postal address,
email address, telephone numbers, as well as any order number, the shipping ID and/or item number and make sure
the goods reach the selling artist within 14 days of informing them that you would like to return the item.
We encourage you to include a brief description of the reason for the return, or a copy of any correspondence with the artist (seller) concerned.

Please be aware that you will need to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. If you are returning an item that is not
normally capable of being returned by post, you are still responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refund Payments
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

These are general terms only.
We therefore advise you to check with the artist (seller) direct concerning any of the above.
