You will then be taken to the final check out process where you can review your chosen products/items. Most items include free p&p - unless otherwise stated.
When ready to pay - click on the 'Finish' button. This will take you to our preffered method of payment which is via Paypal.
Please fill in all your details - most importantly - your preffered delivery address.
When payment has been confirmed and cleared, all items will be despatched to you within 5-7 working days, or earlier.
Can I negotiate prices with an artist?
This is up to the artist and will be dependent upon the piece/s for sale.
You will need to contact the artist direct to enquire depending upon the specific sale item.
Can I reserve an artwork?
This is up to the artist and will be dependent upon the piece for sale.
You will need to contact the artist direct to enquire. A deposit may be required if this option is offered.
Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?
We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate.
If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days.
How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?
We state the dimensions of all artworks on our site, but sizes can vary slightly.
Payment Information
Please check the artists accepted methods of payment on checkout - PayPal, is generally the preferred payment method,
and will be confirmed when you reach the ‘checkout’.
If offered, goods will only be dispatched upon clearance of funds - this can sometimes take up to 7+ days
dependent upon individual banks clearing policies. The artist will then contact you inform you
when the goods are ready to be delivered.
You should receive estimated delivery times automatically if buying through Paypal.

If special delivery is required, please contact the artist inthe fist instance, and prior to making any final order.

are made up of 2 components, import duty and VAT. UK customs classes contemporary works of art as ‘import duty free’
and incur a reduced rate of VAT (5% versus the normal current rate of 20%). Couriers are obligated to pay customs for any
taxes due when importing an item. They will keep hold of any item until those duties have been paid by the customer
and this can result in delays to delivery as well as additional clearance charges levied by the courier.

Replacements are not always an option especially if the item originally sold was a ‘one-off’ and original piece.
In this case you are requested to deal direct with the artist to reconcile.

or have an exchange policy in place. If an exchange isn't possible, you are entitled to a refund if you tell us
you want to return the goods within 14 days of purchase.
Please be aware that you will need to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell them whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.
You will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed.
If you request a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery

General Data Protection Regulations
The new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25 May 2018 (including in the UK regardless
of its decision to leave the EU) and will impact every organisation which holds or processes personal data.
It will introduce new responsibilities, including the need to demonstrate compliance, more stringent enforcement and
substantially increased penalties than the current Data Protection Act (DPA) which it will supersede.
To this affect we are committed to actioning any compliance regulations in accordance with any published rules and regulations.
This will apply to any current and future data held on our internal database with regard to personal information details.
We will only use any information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
The information we collect is solely used to process and track your order and provide you with the best possible service,
this includes your name, address, telephone number and email address.
We do not store any credit or debit card details.
We do not collect any sensitive date without your explicit consent and we will give you the opportunity
to refuse any marketing emails from us in the future.
Any information collected about you (customer details and contact info - and any information obtained after
completing an enquiry form) is exclusively held by us and will not be passed to any other party, sold or traded.
We place a high priority on protecting and managing our data responsibly and in accordance with accepted standards.
We will make all efforts to comply with applicable GDPR regulations when they take effect on the 25th May 2018.

COOKIE POLICY
We dont currently have Cookies in place on this site. If and when we do, and in order for us to provide you with the best possible
service and to track the behaviour patterns of site visitors, we will use a "cookie" which is stored on your computer hard drive.
This "cookie" does not store any personal data about you but is used to identify the user to our website.
